The UPSC interview is called the "Personality Test". While in the
interview one exposes ones entire life conditioning one can still hone certain
skills such as brevity as well as diplomacy. It helps to start developing an
interview orientation from the very beginning of the preparation so that such
traits become a comfortable part of your personality.
