Sir, I have not done my 12th as I quit studying after 10std. now I have doing my Public Administration (B.A.) in Open University system. Am I eligible to give Civil Services Exam. Will there be any problem in the Interview stage?

Yes. You are eligible to appear for the civil services exams. The UPSC Interview board has no preference towards to Regular students over the open University or Correspondent course students. Out of total 2300 marks which is taken for the final Ranking, 2000 marks are evaluated without seeing one's face. Don't feel hurt or carried away by other's remarks. In fact, the board may make different opinion ie Person has grown up from the roots and have the courage to appear for Civil Services and award good marks. Normally the board is unbiased and neutral. Just do hard work and extra hard work to achieve your goal.
