Sir, Please tell me that how many seats are there in IAS
and IPS respectively.

The number of vacancies of IAS and IPS varies from year to year. In the year 2011 exam, there were about 170 IAS and 150 IPS seats.
It depends upon the requirements submitted by the various State Governments to the Department of Personal and Training, Government of India and also requirement by the Central Government itself.
