  • Wild lilly type = epistomatic
  • Oat type = amphistomatic and Isostomatic

  • Potamogeton type = astomatic

 Based on stomatal clock

  • Equisetum type

 Based on movement

  • Photoactive stomata
  • Skotoactive stomata

 Based on subsidiary cells arrangement
